Mitch Kates, CEO
As CEO, Mitch brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and line management with Fortune 500 companies. Before joining PTVN he was a partner at Kurt Salmon Associates where he led the strategy practice focusing on top tier retail and wholesale companies. Over his career his clients have included P&G, AT&T, DuPont, Dow, Levis, Warnaco and other leading companies. His consulting career also includes ten years at Monitor Company as part of the team that dramatically grew the firm. He was responsible for opening Monitors New York office in 1993.
In addition to his consulting experience Mitch was VP of Marketing with General Mills and a division President with Phillips Van-Heusen. His work with consumer goods companies provides a valuable point of view in dealing with advertisers and retailers. His experience in marketing and strategy, over the years has been a strong asset in several due diligence assignments for merger and acquisition transactions. In 2005 he put his consumer goods experience to work as host of TLC’s Taking Care of Business.
Mitch earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Keith Bough, COO
As COO, Keith brings over 12 years of operations experience to Pharmacy TV Network. Prior to joining Pharmacy TV Network, Keith was a consultant with Archstone Consulting where he focused on operations strategy and led teams to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance. While at Archstone Consulting, Keith's clients included Cardinal Health, NVIDIA, Lockheed Martin, Philips Medical, and Agilent Technologies.
Prior to joining Archstone, Keith founded North Bench Consulting where he performed operations strategy work in Russia and Africa. Keith was also the division manager for the Ocean System Division of EG&G in Maryland where he managed the design, manufacture and installation of test equipment for the US Navy.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.

Côme A. Laguë, DIRECTOR
Côme is a Managing Partner and co–founder of Nueva Ventures, a venture fund focused on bootstrapped start–ups in communications and the Internet. Prior to Nueva, Côme was a serial entrepreneur and angel investor involved in several successful start–ups.
Côme has held key positions at a number of innovative communications companies. He served as the founder and CEO of CDR International; CFO at OQO, a San Francisco–based computer start–up that recently launched the world’s smallest mobile computer; CFO of Vendiva, a start–up that provided experiential web based services using an ASP model and adaptive learning techniques; COO, CFO and co–founder of Adesemi Communications, a company that launched wireless telecommunications networks in Africa. Côme also worked at the Monitor Company, an international strategy–consulting firm.
Côme earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical/computer engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Vernon Cassin, DIRECTOR
Vern is an attorney specializing in international corporate and financial transactions. He represents several international institutional and private investors with respect to their investments in Europe and the United States and serves on boards of directors of a number of privately held companies.
Vern also serves as an advisor to Clarium Capital Management LLC, Reservoir Capital Group in London and the Saudi Venture Development Company. He was a partner at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, from 1988 to 2001. Vern earned his A.B. from Princeton University in Near Eastern Studies and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
