1. Is the service really free? - Yes! We sell advertising to pay our bills - There is no monthly fee, all we ask for is an internet connection and electrical power 2. What will my customers get out of it? - The programming is educational, entertaining and stimulated dialog between customers and the pharmacist. It also makes the wait time seem shorter. 3. What kind of TV is it? - We install a 32” flat screen TV - Typically we use a wall mount setup but if necessary we also us ceiling/pole mounts 4. How does the system work? - We also install a media player on the back of the TV. The media player broadcasts the videos to the TV and we download new videos via the internet 5. How does the “Ticker” work - You log onto a website where you can type in up to 10 messages to run across the bottom of your screen - Examples would be “Ask your pharmacist about flu shots next week” or “Ask your pharmacist about the importance of treatment compliance” 6. Is there sound? - Yes there is sound and we are very careful to install the speaker so that customers can hear the TV and so it does not disturb conversations in the pharmacy or with customers 7. When will the TV be installed - We do installs in groups to keep things efficient but your TV should be installed within a month or two 8. How long is the contract? - The contract is for 4 years. This allows us to recover the cost of the TV! - Is there really no charge? - There is no charge! We pay for the TV and other equipment, we install the system and we manage it going forward - It really is a turnkey solution for pharmacies |
